Been playing in Photo Shop Elements, should be doing other stuff but it's so cold I don't want to move, so I scrapped another of the winter in the park photos I took a couple of weeks ago.
I used a template by Kissed Studio.
Also a free kit by Rhonna Farrer which I downloaded from Two Peas
They are still forecasting snow to sea level (us) for tonight. Oh Boy!
