One of my best friends sent me this plug-in, it's called Virtual Photographer by Optik, and it's so amazing. Converts photos to black and white, but then allows you to apply sepia, age, and all sorts of filters to achieve a particular look.
I used the "Glamour filter" to adjust this photo of Gus and then in Adobe PSE5 I created this magazine cover. Just love the effect and the possibilities of adjusting photos before scrapping them are endless.
